The intelligent controller of the dyeing machine developed by this project established a fuzzy logic model by collecting turbidity data in real time, and developed a fuzzy algorithm-based turbidity control technology to achieve precise control of the dyeing and washing process; a dyeing expert process library was established , using BP (Back-propagation) neural network to process and analyze process data in the dyeing and finishing industry, intelligently recommend process parameters according to dyeing requirements, and improve dyeing processing efficiency; the project also developed alternating dyeing control technology, Realize adaptive control of dyeing machine pumps, fans and other mechanisms, effectively reducing dyeing and washing energy consumption. The project results have independent intellectual property rights, and have obtained 3 national invention patents, 3 utility model patents, 3 design patents, and 5 registered software copyrights.
